End customers now enjoy a new voucher experience with significantly quicker onboarding after the implementation of YoApp in N Richards Group’s stores nationwide. Towards the end of 2020, N Richards Group successfully implemented YoApp to cater for their customers’ value voucher lifecycle.
Customer onboarding is done at N Richards’ headquarters. N Richards’ customers submit a batch of employees to receive value vouchers to use within N Richards’ ecosystem to buy groceries. Vouchers are then generated as per the specifications of the customer and SMS notifications are then sent to customers’ customers on voucher authorization in YoApp. Once they have received their SMS notifications, customers will now be ready to do the real-time voucher redemption within N Richards’ ecosystem.
YoApp has been successfully integrated into Microsoft’s Dynamic NAV (popularly known as Navision) that is used by N Richards and from the till point, customers can pay with their vouchers in the same way they pay for products using any other payment method there is on Navision. The seamless integration allows for real-time payments and updates YoApp with the transactions for reporting purposes.
